How your enquiry is used

Your details, message, consent, and submission time are stored in the website’s backend database so authorized team members can assess and respond to your enquiry through a protected administration panel. The form does not add you to a marketing list or create an account.

Hosting and service providers

The website and database hosting providers process stored enquiries. Hosting may take place outside Nepal. This form stores your enquiry for the team to review; it does not automatically send an email notification.

Form protection

The form uses a short-lived signed token, a hidden spam-detection field, submission limits, and validation. Temporary submission counters are shared across visitors and do not store visitor IP addresses. Hosting providers may separately keep access or security logs. This form does not use advertising cookies.

Retention and questions

Enquiries remain in the backend database until an authorized administrator deletes them. Database backups follow the hosting provider’s configured retention settings. A fixed deletion period is not specified here. If you need information about retention, access, correction, or deletion before sharing personal information, ask the team through the contact form. Public email and phone details will be shown once confirmed.
